Roleplay Section Classification
OOC: out of character; used when discussing plots or even everyday affairs with RPers
IC: in character; used when posting as a character
Signups: used to join RPs and submit CSs
Player Quantity Classification
Limited: only a certain amount of RPers may join
Unlimited: an unlimited amount of RPers can join at any point in the RP
Semi-Limited: any amount of RPers may join in a set time-frameor the set amount of characters can be flexed at a player's request
Two Player/1x1: for two RPers
1x1x1: for three RPers
Roleplay Statuses
Open: slots remain up for grabs
Closed: all slots are full; no remaining slots
Semi-Closed: closed, but GM can be convinced
Private: the GM requests certain RPers to play
Posting Level Classification
Beginner: short responses; one liners and questionable grammar permitted
Intermediate: short responses; one liners permitted on occasion; decent grammar expected
Moderate: one paragraph responses; no one-liners; decent grammar expected
Average: two to three paragraph responses; no one-liners; checked grammar
Advanced: three to five paragraph responses; no one-liners; checked grammar
Prestige: seven paragraph minimum; no one-liners; checked grammar
Basic Terminology
TS: time skip; making a jump in time in IC
WIP: writing in progress; used to mark incomplete bios, posts, etc
TBC: to be continued; used to mark bios with adaptable histories, personalities, etc
OP: opening post; first IC post in an RP, done by the GM
GM: game master; the person who owns the RP
Charrie: a character in an RP
Character Sheet/Character Format/Character Skeleton: charrie information sheet; a form filled out to introduce a character
