For me, Halloween is the single greatest holiday of all time. It's a time when I can channel my insanity (hehe) and be someone who I'm not for a full twenty-four hours... IN PUBLIC! While most teenage girls enjoy this incredible holiday of horror and turmoil so that they can dress like skanks without persecution, I rather enjoy the fun of creating a costume and taking on their identity ALL DAY LONG. In the past, I've been a vampire, a ghoul, a Dark faerie, an evil pirate, a murderous cowgirl, etc. This year, however, I'm taking a lighter approach to Halloween and will pose as Elsa from Disney's hit movie, Frozen. Yes, I know that a lot of little girls and teenagers alike are going to be doing that. But still. Who wouldn't want some bad ass ice powers, hm?
What are your guys' plans for Halloween?

There's nothing wrong with being Elsa! Disney is incredible! I think I'm gonna go to my cousin's Halloween party as an angel... Not completely sure yet, but that's the plan.

If I had the money and the time to do so, I'd love to use Halloween as a public outlet for my creativity in character design and assume their identity. This year, however, will be my third year as a generic warrior girl, complete with a short dress that vaguely looks like a battle tunic. I don't mind the costume though. The good part is that I do have a real sword to carry around, although it isn't sharpened.
If I knew anyone else that could sword fight, I'd probably do that this Halloween, but I don't any such people.

I go to thrift stores and alter the clothes for my costume. I got an awesoely accurate dress for six dollars. All I've got to do now is have someone alter the length a tad, since that's pretty much impossible to do on my own.

I'd like to go as an NCR Ranger, but alas, I don't have the suit of armor for it.

I'd like to go as an NCR Ranger, but alas, I don't have the suit of armor for it. I want to go as an Oracle of Fire from Bryan Davis's Christian fantasy series of the same name sometime, but for similar reasons, I cannot. Wearable chainmail is hard to come by. :/

Money to buy the supplies to make armor is hard to come by :/ If I had that I probably wouldn't bother with the silly costume I have. Leather and/or steel aren't cheap, though.
